This early morning workout will wake you up and energize you for the entire day. Lots of variety and great instructors to motivate you!

Boxing 101
4:15 to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday
Try your body out with boxing basics in our newly renovated third floor boxing area!! Instructors on hand will take you through the workout of your life with boxing drills, rope jumping, speed bag training and more!! Proper hand protection a necessity for this class.

Butts -n- Guts
6:30 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday
7:00 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday
Wanna work your midsection? This class is geared for right above and below the belt. With outstanding moves to tighten your abdominal and rear muscles, you'll be fit for the summer!

Cardio Bag Class
5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Monday
Sue's brand of cardiovascular training the heavy basgs will leave you winded and wanting more!!

Cardio Interval
4:15 to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday
9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Friday
This high intensity cardiovascular workout promises to burn calories and get you sweating!!

Cardio Kickboxing
4:15 to 5:00 p.m. Thursday
A great cardio workout involving punches and kicks with a lot of sweating involved.

Cardiobell Workout
7:00 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
Fitness Unlimited is the first gym in the entire country to offer the Cardiobell Workout!! This class incorporates large muscle group exercises into one amazing 30 minute overall toning program!! The movements will keep your heartrate up and help you burn fat. Cardiobells are not like traditional dumbbells!! Be prepared to sweat and get great results!!

Fast & Fit
12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Fast & Fit is a half hour lunch time class designed for those that want a hard and intense regimen over the lunch hour. Great for those who need a fitness fix in the middle of the day.

Group Cycling Class
10:00 to 10:30 ap.m. Sunday
12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Monday
6:45 to 7:15 p.m. Monday
6:30 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday
5:15 to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
3:15 to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday

This group exercise cycling class is all about music, rhythm and beat-driven moves on an exercise bike. This instructor-motivated class will get your heart pounding and is a guaranteed winner!!

High Intensity Training
4:15 to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday
We work hard on endurance muscle training in this class. A great overall body workout with light weights, bands, and balls. You have to try it out!!

Interval Training
5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Monday and Wednesday
A combination of of floor aerobics, step aerobics and weights at intervals, this class will keep your heart rate up and give great results!!

Just Abs
6:15 to 6:45 p.m. Monday
12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Thursday
9:00 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday
This class is 30 minutes of gut wrenching crunches, leg raises, and oblique twists to shape up just your midsection. Great core training class!!

Step It Up
4:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday and Friday
45 minutes of fun step aerobics that will get your heart rate up and unwind you form a hard day's work!! Great comraderie and lots of energy!!

Sue's Strength Conditioning
5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
Sue will take you through an hour of high intensity weight training with intervals of cardio mixed in.

Women's Strength Training Class
12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Tuesday
We take the ladies into the weight room for a thorough beating!

Yoga Burn
4:15 to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday
This is NOT your ordinary yoga class!! Get fit with a mix of yoga stretches, Pilates toning exercises, core working fitness ball moves and add hand held weights for a total body workout! (You may want to bring your own mat or towel as some exercises require sitting or lying on the floor.) Class is held on the third floor.

Instructor's Choice
9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday
Anything goes. Just come prepared to work hard and have fun!
